Six-year-old Bridger saved his little sister’s life after he stood in between her and a charging dog, thus putting himself on the receiving end of vicious blows that resulted in some pretty gruesome injuries. When asked why he acted the way he did, he said, “If someone was going to die, I thought it should be me.”
