When the Virginia legislature flipped to the Democrats in the election earlier this month, supporters of the Equal Rights Amendment celebrated that victory, saying they now would have the last state needed to make the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) a new addition to the US Constitution. But opponents of the amendment say "not so fast."
