An Iraqi Christian man received a scholarship to attend a US university in exchange for coming back to Iraq to work once he had his degree. Now, though, the man and his wife have a child with a rare medical condition that cannot be treated effectively in Iraq so they want to stay in the US. But since he signed a binding contract, they will need a miracle to stay in the US to give their child life-saving medical treatment.
